ABOUT STEWART LANGLEY
Stewart Langley was born in Lynchburg and has resided here for most of his life. He knows the area well and appreciates what Lynchburg has to offer. He is an active member of the community, serving in leadership positions with schools, athletic programs, and his local church.

Stewart has owned, managed, and maintained apartments and homes with Langley Properties since 1993, and he became the sole owner of Stewart Langley Properties and Blue Water Management in 2008.

It is Stewart’s hands on approach that separates him from most other property owners. You will likely see him out on the property working with maintenance and landscaping crews. He enjoys interacting both on and off the property with his residents (past, present, and future). Together with his staff, he takes great pride in providing quality apartments and homes at a great value for area residents.

​Kathy Ingram has been a dedicated member of the company since 2002, serving in a wide range of roles including Property Manager, Director of Human Resources, Vice President, and currently, President. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Kathy brings deep expertise in day-to-day operations, fair housing compliance, team leadership, and asset management.

Her comprehensive knowledge and steady leadership have been instrumental in guiding the company through growth and change, while maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
