The Circle of Friends program awards you $200 for referring one of your friends to Stewart Langley Properties. To claim your DISCOUNTED RENT, just complete the form and return it to your property manager. Please note the following restrictions: 
1) You must complete this form and submit it to your property manager before the prospective Resident has ANY contact with Stewart Langley Properties.*
2) The prospective Resident cannot have lived with Langley Properties or Stewart Langley Properties before.
3) We will have one of our highly-skilled leasing consultants contact your friend to arrange for a tour of our properties.
4) If the Resident signs a one year lease and moves into our property, we will apply $200 toward your rental account.
