Waiting List Explained

1. Application: Start by submitting an application for the apartment you're interested in. This includes all individuals who will be living in the apartment and any intended cosigners. CLick here to apply!

2. Approval and Deposit: Once your application is approved and you meet our criteria, you'll be asked to pay a $300 holding deposit to secure your spot on our waiting list.

3. Waiting List Form: After paying the deposit, you'll receive a waiting list form to fill out. Here, you'll indicate which of our communities you're interested in, the number of bedrooms you need, any floor preferences, and your earliest and latest move-in dates.

4. Waiting Period: Now, you wait! We'll keep you informed about available units based on your preferences. If a suitable unit becomes available, we'll contact you in the order in which you were added to the waiting list.

5. Unit Offer: If we have an available unit that meets your criteria, we'll offer it to you. You have the option to accept, decline, or continue waiting for a different option. If you decline or if we're unable to find a suitable unit for you, your $300 holding deposit will be refunded.

6. Lease Signing: Upon accepting a unit, we'll send you the lease agreement with a start date corresponding to the availability of the unit. Your $300 holding deposit will then become a non-refundable $300 administrative fee upon signing the lease.

7. Flexibility: While we strive to accommodate your preferences, please note that availability is subject to change, and we cannot guarantee a specific unit.
